Cryo Shipper SC 4/2V (aka: Vapor Shipper or Dry Shipper) from Chart Biomed is a cryogenic container that is designed specifically to store and/or transport biological samples including crystals at cryogenic temperatures. The shipper has a special absorbent material that soaks-up liquid nitrogen during the charge-up procedure. Then it maintains the samples at cryogenic temperatures with out spilling the liquid nitrogen for ten to fourteen days. A shipping carton is needed to protect the Cryo Shipper during transport.
