Florida State University located in Tallahassee is in the panhandle region of Florida. Tallahassee can be reached by car (Interstate 10) or by air. Tallahassee Regional Airport is served by many airlines including Delta, US Airways, and American Airlines. The airport code is TLH.

Tallahassee Regional Airport has the following car rental companies: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Alamo, Hertz, National, and Thrifty. Other types of ground transportation are also available.

The symposium organizers have selected Double Tree Hotel at 101 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301 for the symposium. Special rates are avaiable for the symposium attendees. For more information check the Accommodations link. There will be a shuttle service between Double Tree Hotel and the symposium site starting at 7:45 AM and another around 8:05 AM. There will also be shuttle service between Mag Lab and the Hotel starting at 8:45 PM and another around 9:15 PM.
