Symposium Accommodation

The symposium organizers have selected Double Tree Hotel at 101 South Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301 for symposium. Special rates are avaiable for the symposium attendees.

The attendees should make reservations by identify themselves under the "SERCAT" group. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations may be made by either calling the toll free number at (800) 222-8733 or via the Internet. All individual reservations need to be made prior to the cut-off date of Mar 01, 2013. To reserve rooms via the Internet, visit Double Tree by Hilton Tallahassee. Enter arrival and departure date. Scroll down and Click on "Add special rate codes". Type in SER next Group code and click Check Avilability. Follow the instructions to make a new reservation.

Note: Attendess are responsible for making their own room reservations.

Listed rates as of 02/20/2013. The special rates are available for reservations made prior to the cut-off date of Friday, March 01, 2013.

There will be a shuttle service between Double Tree Hotel and the symposium site starting at 7:45 AM and another around 8:05 AM. There will also be shuttle service between Mag Lab and the Hotel starting at 8:45 PM and another around 9:15 P M.
