XRF: Rigaku RU-H2R Generator

XRF has two Rigaku RU-H2R rotating anode generators with copper (Cu) targets. These generators manufactured by Rigaku of Japan are versatile that produce 1.541 Å x-rays with a power loading of 3 to 12 kW.
