XRF: Rigaku R-Axis IIC IP Detector

XRF has one Rigaku R-Axis IIc Image Plate (IP) detector for collecting x-ray diffraction data of macromolecular single crystals using the copper rotating anode generator. This IP was manufactured by Rigaku of Japan and has been a work-horse detector for the last fourteen years.
