IMB Maillists

General Information

These lists are semi-closed. That is, only email addresses originating from within FSU are allowed to subscribe or post to the lists. This is done to protect the members of the lists from spam and other obnoxious email. Also in order to post on to a mailing list you must be subscribed to that particular mailing list.

Subscibing and Unsubscribing

To subscribe to a list, send an email to "list_name-request@sb.fsu.edu" with the subject "subscribe", leaving out the quotes and replacing "list_name" with the name of the list you are interested in.

Similarly, to unsubscribe from a list, send an email to "list_name-request@sb.fsu.edu" with the subject "unsubscribe", leaving out the quotes and replacing "list_name" with the name of the list you are interested in.
